About
Stepan Ahven — practising architect. I design interiors, set up BIM for practices, and teach Revit, Archicad and art history.
Approach
What I value in work is craft: precise drawings, honest materials, decisions that still work ten years on.
Decoration for decoration's sake is not mine. First structure, light and proportion; ornament last, and only when it earns its place.
A project starts with how a person lives; aesthetics follows. Teaching follows the same rule: understanding first, techniques second.

- Turnkey design project — concept, documentation, schedules, supervision.
- BIM consulting — templates, standards, workflow audit, team training.
- Revit and Archicad — from the interface to a documentation set.
- Art history — exam preparation for applicants.
