Turnkey design project

Renovation is frightening not because of construction but because of uncertainty: rework, slipping dates, endless contractor threads. A turnkey project removes it — one person answers for the result.

What turnkey actually means

I carry the project end to end: the concept, a full set of working drawings, schedules of materials and equipment, and supervision on site.

Turnkey is not a marketing word but a distribution of responsibility: I make the design decisions, and you always know what is done and what comes next.

Who it is for

  • People renovating for the first time who want to avoid rework.
  • People who value their time and would rather not live in spreadsheets and contractor threads.
  • Apartments and houses where precision matters: historic buildings, difficult layouts.

How the work runs

A project starts not with pictures but with how you live: daily rhythm, habits, what irritates you about your current home.

  • Meeting and brief. We discuss life scenarios, not references.
  • Concept. Layouts, materials, light — revised until there is a calm, confident 'yes, this is it'.
  • Working documentation. Drawings and schedules the contractors build from — instead of guessing.
  • Author's supervision. I stay with the site from demolition to the final staging.

What you receive

  • A full set of working drawings any crew can build from.
  • Schedules of materials and equipment — clear what to buy and in what quantities.
  • Supervision — construction does not drift away from the project.
  • One point of responsibility: questions go to me, not to five contractors.

Approach

Structure, light and proportion come first; decoration last, and only when it earns its place. A good project does not try to impress — it makes a home you are reluctant to leave.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a turnkey project cost?

Pricing is calculated individually after a short call, where we go through the property, the scope and the timeline. The call is free.

How long does it take?

It depends on the area and the scope: concept, documentation and supervision take different amounts of time. We agree on a schedule during the call.

Can I order a single stage instead of the whole project?

Possibly. Write what stage you need, and we will look at how best to arrange the work during the call.

I already have a project, or renovation has started.

Write what has been done so far: we will review the situation on a call and decide whether you need supervision, drawing revisions, or something else.

Tell me about your home — write to me on Telegram or by email. We start with a short free call.
