BIM consulting
I set up BIM processes in Revit and Archicad: templates, libraries, sheet standards, team training on live projects. Rollout happens in small steps — production never stops.
What is included
- A workflow audit: I find where the hours leak and propose concrete changes.
- Project templates, sheet standards and schedules matched to the office's tasks.
- Family and object libraries — from everyday elements to bespoke ones.
- Team training embedded in real projects, on live tasks.
How rollout works
We begin with an audit: how the office works today — files, templates, collaboration, the exchange between disciplines.
Then a rollout plan in short steps, each one verifiable in daily work. Training is part of the projects, not a separate course — the team keeps producing.
This is practice, not theory: I worked at Development Systems, an official Autodesk partner, and I currently train the staff of an operating design company. More — about me.
Who it is for
- Practices where BIM lives in the roadmap but not yet in daily work.
- Studios moving from 2D to a building model without pausing production.
- Teams whose tools are 'set up like AutoCAD' and quietly eat time.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Pricing is calculated individually after a short call, where we go through the office's tasks and the scope of work. The call is free.
Do you work only with Revit?
No — Archicad too. Templates, standards and libraries are set up in both programs.
Can we order team training only?
Yes. I build the programme around the practice's disciplines — architecture, HVAC and others; details on the Revit training and Archicad training pages.
